Blessed, blessed, blessed......2 new employees started today part-time.  More to come.  Positions filled are Program Manager, Project Manager.  Two great  gals with loads of energy and excitement.

Love this as I have referred to the shoulder as "leading the movement" of the shoulder and I have been 'poo-poo-ed' when I said that.  Thank you Dr. DiNubile.......I don't feel so stupid.....

TRX Classes to start-up again.  Wednesday nights at 6:00 p.m. and Saturday mornings at 8:00 a.m.  We are mighty and we are tough, but the classes are for all fitness levels.  Come with energy 'cause we have fun and are crazy at times.......well most of the time.!!

Today, exercising on the AMT machine, the Rose Bowl Parade was on TV.  They reported that the parade route is 5 miles long.  Each band member carrying a tuba is "carrying an extra 28 lbs."  So many of us are carrying around extra weight all of the time.....same thing......just saying........

Weekend Notice

The Williamson Wellness Center will close mid-afternoon on Friday, December 28th and reopen Monday, December 31, New Year's Eve Day.  We will be open til at least 5:30 on Monday and will be open on , Tuesday January 1, 2013.  Be safe and Happy New Year.

Shoes for the HOMELESS......we are all so fortunate...... bring any shoes by the "Center" that you believe could be given to someone in need.  Let's give a little more this year.  We CAN do it.
